fleetmanager.site (the «Service») provided by (the «Provider») pursuant to the Terms of Use set forth below. By paying the subscription fee, you are agreeing to use the Service in a manner consistent with the Terms of Use of this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations.
SUBSCRIBER CONDUCT
You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your account, and you further acknowledge that the Provider acts as a passive conduit for the storage of data.
PRIVACY
The Provider considers the Registration Data and the content of all databases to be private and confidential. The Provider will not monitor or disclose any data entered unless required by law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Provider and assigns from and against any and all liabilities.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.
The Service is provided on an «as is» basis. Expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind. Internet delays. The service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. In the very unlikely event of service interruption the provider is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems. Limitation of liability. You agree your sole remedy under the terms and conditions of this agreement is cancelation of the service by not renewing upon the renewal date.
PAYMENTS
fleetmanager.site is offered as prepaid hosted service subscription. You agree to make timely payments. There is no contract, no sign-up fee, no cancellation fee. You may cancel your subscription at anytime by not renewing the service. Provider reserves the rights to suspend your service if no payment has been received and no payment arrangements were made.
COOKIES
fleetmanager.site uses cookies for authentication, keeping certain user preferences and tracking user movements around the site. No cookies, however, contain personally identifiable information.
DATA RETENTION/DELETION
Customers are responsible for understanding and implementing their data retention and deletion requirements related to the data they uploaded to fleetmanager.site. Customers may delete their data at any time and primary instances of their data in production systems will be erased immediately, however, since fleetmanager.site backups are kept for 6 months, it may take up to 6 months for their data to be completely purged from fleetmanager.site backup systems after been deleted from their apps.
SHARING PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE
We’ll never pass your personal information to third parties and we won’t use your name in marketing statements without your permission either. However, name and e-mail address may be copied into and securely stored in other systems owned by Senco Ltd — fleetmanager.site helpdesk support portal and internal billing system.

DATA ENCRYPTION
fleetmanager.site encrypts the data over the wire via 256-bit (SHA2) TLS certificate, TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2. Database is encrypted via AES256. File attachments are also encrypted via AES256.
